General Membership is open to anyone who lives in East Melbourne or who owns residential property in East Melbourne. Options are individual membership  ($55 a year) or household membership, for 2 or more members in the one household ($110) a year. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for three years for the current guaranteed price ($165 and $330 respectively).
